An EOI (Expression of Interest) is a preliminary purchase application. Registration opened on 14 October 2026. Applications go only through the developer’s link, priority follows the date and time of payment, and an application without payment is not accepted. You can apply for several units. Payment is by manager’s cheque, personal cheque, bank transfer or card; a manager’s cheque is not cashed until allocation is confirmed. I help you choose a type and go through the steps.
The Golden Visa for real estate investors is a renewable 10-year residence permit for owners of property worth at least AED 2 million at purchase, proven by a title deed or an e-Certificate of Title (Dubai Land Department page, checked 21 October 2026). Whether an under-construction unit qualifies, and at which payment stage, should be confirmed with the DLD before you buy; a visa cannot be guaranteed in advance.
