Who processes your data

The website solayameraas.ae is operated by Muhammad Shangareev, a real estate broker at the Top Address agency, Dubai. For data questions, write to info@solayameraas.ae.

What we collect

When you submit the form we receive your name, phone number, email (if given), the residence type you are interested in and your preferred messenger. Technical details are saved with the enquiry: the page and language you used, the UTM tags of the link and the page you came from. If you message us on WhatsApp or Telegram, we see your messenger name, number and message text.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, send prices and floor plans, arrange a call or viewing, and understand which pages lead to enquiries. We do not send marketing messages to people who have not contacted us, and we do not sell data.

Who sees it

The enquiry goes to the broker, Muhammad, and colleagues who help with it. Enquiries are stored in AmoCRM, and a copy arrives in a private working group in Telegram. The site uses hosting, an analytics service and the Jivo online chat; analytics receives technical visit data, not your name or phone number. If you write in the online chat, the conversation is stored in the Jivo service.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use analytics (Google Analytics) to count visits and enquiries, and the Jivo online chat remembers your browser so a conversation is not lost. They use cookies and similar identifiers, which you can disable in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for 3 years after our last contact with you, then deleted. On request we delete or correct your data.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction or deletion, and withdraw consent to be contacted. Write to info@solayameraas.ae and we will reply within a reasonable time.
